Registration

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Conference will be free for students and faculty of medical and complementary medicine institutions and schools. However, they can only register by sending email to yogaconference@vedantasydney.org.

Other participants, if accompanied by a peer, are entitled to avail 100% exemption on Registration Fees for their peer. Thereby, two persons can attend the conference with a choice for same breakout sessions by paying Registration fees for only one person. However, if the companion wishes to attend separate breakout sessions, a separate email stating his/her choice has to be sent to yogaconference@vedantasydney.org.

Delegates who have registered prior to this announcement shall be contacted via email to enable them to avail this offer.

Accommodation Details

■ Accommodation cost: A$100 per day
- a. Breakfast is included
- b. This cost is additional to Conference registration fee
■ Accommodation at My Student Village, Western Sydney University Parramatta Campus
■ Accommodation in single rooms in shared apartments
■ Check-in 1400hrs. Check-out 1000hrs
■ Shuttle bus provided to conference venue
■ Limited accommodation available
■ Parking permits available at the reception of My Student Village A$9 per day
■ You are encouraged to register and book your accommodation requirements by 18 August as beyond this date, we are unable to guarantee accommodation and which will be on a request basis subject to availability.

All photography, audio and video recording may be used by the Vedanta Centre of Sydney and the distinguished speakers at this conference for educational, marketing, promotional and/or publication purposes. If you do not wish to have your image recorded or published, for compelling and legitimate grounds, please inform our staff at the venue.

Please also note that audio or video recording of the proceedings are not allowed. A link to the recording of attended programmes will be made available to all registered delegates after the Conference.

Cancellation Policy

On or before 31 July 2016	Full refund less an administration charge of 10% of fee paid
On or before 31 August 2016	75% of fee paid will be refunded
On or before 15 September 2016	50% of fee paid will be refunded
After 15 September 2016	No refund

Accommodation charges:

Where a delegate nominated by an organisation/institution cannot attend the conference, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking will be amended accordingly.
